12:28 AM ● - It's not what happens to us in life, but rather what we choose to do about it that determines our destiny. Saw something that remind me of you today. Argh ! Those memorize are not suppose to come back all at once, My head's burning. All these images flashing in my mind over and over again, like a " one track CD ". Hah, do you remember those promises that we've made months ago ? i promised you that after serving my probation, i'll stay at your place 4 days a week ? i promised you that after our O level's we'll leave the country, just you and me ? Remember the day where you've promised me to stay by me no matter what problems we'll have to face ? You promised me that he's just a friend to you and you know exactly what you're doing. you told me to trust you, i remember everything that you swore in front of me. But what i've been worrying about, back then, stabbed me straight in the heart. It went according to what i've expected. Why do i still love you after going through such excruciating pain. I can't bring myself to hate you at all; All i can do is to stone at this particular spot where you left me and grief over the loss of such a perfect person in my life. Our emotions are formed out of our thoughts. thinking about what could go wrong makes us feel worried weather or not anything unfortunate ever takes place Dwelling on unhappy events in the past or present makes them appear closer and more important and habitual thoughts like these can make us depressed. Looking only at our mistakes can make us dislike ourselves and lack confidence, while looking at our talents makes us feel happy and more confident. Habitually thinking enjoyable thoughts of things to look forward to and good things that have happened will lead us to happiness.
